Charlotte Miller-Lacy, Founder and Executive Director of nonprofit organization I Am My Sister’s Keeper is the recipient of the 2022 President’s Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award.

I Am My Sister’s Keeper has transformed the lives and changed the trajectory of thousands of girls and their families through this organization.
